Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your package using the link provided in that email.
If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us at

Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after your package has been dispatched.
This is normal and depends on the carrier and your location.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact our support team.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by location:
United States: 3–8 business days
International: 3–12 business days
These times do not include processing, which takes 3–5 business days.
What is processing time?
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handoff to our shipping partners.
This typically takes 3–5 business days before your order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
International shipments may be subject to customs processing and delays, which are outside of our control.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Customs fees, import taxes, and duties (if applicable) are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not have control over these charges.
My order is delayed — what should I do?
Delays can occur due to holidays, customs, or high shipping volume.
If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will issue a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
A $20 transaction fee applies to all cancellations.
Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at support@coilylab.com.
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update the address.
Once the order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
