Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
This includes order verification, packing, and handoff to our logistics partners.

During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.


International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs inspections and clearance delays, which are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available from the carrier.


Delayed or Missing Packages

In rare cases, shipments may take longer than expected due to logistics delays, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods.

If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will issue a replacement shipment at no additional cost.


Processing vs Shipping

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Processing (3–5 business days)
Order confirmation, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch preparation.

Shipping (3–12 business days)
Transit time after the package leaves our warehouse.

Total delivery time = Processing + Shipping.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes after placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed.

A $20 transaction fee applies to all successful cancellations.

Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.
