How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also enter your tracking number on our tracking page or use the carrier’s website to view the latest delivery updates.


When will I receive my tracking number?

Orders typically take 3–5 business days to be processed before shipping.
Once your order has been processed and handed to our shipping partner, your tracking information will be sent to you automatically by email.

Why isn’t my tracking updating yet?

It can take 24–72 hours for tracking information to appear after a package has been shipped.
This delay is normal and depends on the carrier and transit location.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please reach out to our support team so we can assist you.


Estimated delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

United States: 3–8 business days
International: 3–12 business days

These times do not include processing time, which typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping.


What if my order is delayed?

Occasionally, packages may be delayed due to customs, carrier issues, or high-volume periods such as holidays and promotions.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 30–60 business days, we will send a replacement shipment at no additional cost.


International shipping & customs

We ship worldwide.
Please note that customs processing, import fees, and local taxes are controlled by your country and are not included in your purchase.

We are not responsible for customs delays, but we will always provide tracking once it becomes available.
